    This way you can reserve your item in advance , ensuring you receive it as soon as it is released and avoiding the risk of it selling out quickly.

  • Can I purchase a pre-order product and an already available product together?


    Yes, but it is important to know that the order will only be shipped when all products are available .

    If you add both pre-order items and items already in stock to your cart, shipping will begin on the pre-order product's release date .

    It is not possible to combine multiple pre-order products with different release dates in the same order.
    For faster processing, if you wish to receive the products already available immediately, we recommend placing separate orders .

    In rare cases, quantities allocated to retailers may also be subject to change. In these situations, we will contact you promptly to offer assistance or alternative solutions .

  • When will I receive my pre-order products?


    Pre-order products are shipped one day before the official release of the last pre-order purchased .

  • Is the release date always guaranteed?


    The page of each product available for pre-order always shows the expected release date for the Italian market , as communicated by the manufacturer or supplier.

    However, it may happen that the date is postponed for reasons beyond SoruCards' control .
    In the event of official changes, we undertake to promptly notify all affected customers as soon as we receive confirmation from suppliers.
