  • Shipping to Italy – Free for orders over €119


    Shipping is free for all orders of €119.00 or more, including VAT . For orders under €119.00, including VAT, shipping costs are €8.90, including VAT .

    Orders are currently shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmation. This excludes islands and remote areas, which typically take 72-96 hours.

    Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays .

  • International shipping


    We ship internationally to the following countries:
    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
    International shipping costs vary and are automatically calculated during checkout , based on the destination country.

  • What happens if your package is not delivered?


    If the courier cannot find you at the time of delivery, they will automatically make a second attempt the next working day .

    If delivery fails for reasons beyond their control (for example, incorrect address or recipient absent after multiple attempts), you will receive an email from the courier with instructions on how to manage the package.

    If you do not receive any communication, our Customer Service will contact you by telephone to arrange a new delivery attempt.

  • Changing the delivery address


    You can only change your delivery address if your order is still awaiting payment or has not yet been processed .

    To request a change, please contact our Customer Service via email or live chat .

    For logistical reasons, it will not be possible to change the address once the order has been processed or handed over to the courier .
    We therefore recommend that you carefully check that the shipping information is correct and complete before confirming your order.
