Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 206/05, if you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing products for personal, non-professional use), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason , without penalty, except as indicated in the next point.

The right of withdrawal applies to the entire product purchased ; it is not possible to return only part of the order.

Return conditions:
● The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging , complete with packaging, documentation and accessories.
● To protect the original packaging, it is mandatory to place it in a second box .
● Do not apply labels or tape directly to the original packaging .
● The return shipment, until it is received at our warehouse, is the sole responsibility of the customer .

In the event of damage during transport , SoruCards will notify the customer, allowing them to file a complaint with the courier and request a refund for the value of the item. In this case, the product will be made available for return, canceling the withdrawal request.

Important note: SoruCards is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.

Reimbursement
The refund will be made within 4 weeks of receiving the return, taking into account the time required for:
● receipt of the package by the courier
● processing of the return by us
● obtaining authorization from the customer's bank.

Return Procedure
To return a product, send a withdrawal request to info@sorucards.com , indicating:
● the reason for the return
● the bank details for the refund
● a copy of the order.

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email with the address to which to ship the goods.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

For pre-orders , once payment is completed it is not possible to modify or cancel the order .

However, it will always be possible to proceed with a return upon receipt of the product, according to the conditions indicated above.
